The Latino Network of Virginia Baptists was established in September 2004 through the cooperative efforts of five Baptist organizations in Virginia.  Representatives from these organizations meet regularly to plan, coordinate and advance the work of the Latino Network.   Each partner is a valued member of the Latino Network, variously contributing time, personnel and/or financial resources to its work and ministries.  Partner organizations are represented on the Latino Network’s smaller Planning and Strategy Group and larger Advisory Group.  The five founding partners of the Latino Network are:

In addition to the five founding partners, the Latino Network also enjoys the support of other entities and individuals for planning and coordination, including the Northern Virginia Latinos Pastors Fellowship; the Hispanic Catalyst Missionaries (Courageous Churches Team, Virginia Baptist Mission Board); the Latin American Mission Project (LAMP) of the Dover, Richmond and Middle District Baptist Associations; and the West Virginia Baptist Convention through the friendship of Dr. Max Hill, Associate Executive Minister for Mission and Ministry.
